Is pricing per user or per firm?
Per firm. Starter starts at $49/mo for the whole team. Your team size does not change the base price.
Is the directory listing really free?
Yes. A directory listing costs nothing and does not require a subscription — you can verify, correct or remove one without an account. Lexfora takes no referral fee and accepts no payment for placement, so no plan moves an attorney higher in results. Paid plans add inquiry-handling tools and analytics, not position.
What if I want to cancel?

Do you have trust/IOLTA accounting?
