What you can expect from anything published on the Lexfora blog — and what it deliberately is not.
This is not legal advice
Everything we publish is practice-management guidance for people who run law firms — how to structure intake, bill reliably, and stop losing work to admin. It is not legal advice, it is not a substitute for your own professional judgement, and reading it creates no attorney-client relationship with Lexfora.
Rules on advertising, solicitation, fee arrangements, trust accounting and client confidentiality differ by state and change. Always check your own jurisdiction's rules and your bar's current guidance before you act.
Who writes this
Articles are currently researched and written in-house and published under a Lexfora team byline. Where an article is authored or reviewed by a named individual, that person and their credentials are shown on the article itself. We would rather show a team byline than attach a name that did not do the work.
How we handle claims and numbers
- We do not publish statistics about our own product that our own data cannot support. If we have not measured it, we do not quote it.
- Client outcomes, testimonials and case results appear only where they are real and the person has agreed to publication.
- Where a claim comes from an outside source, we say so and link to it.
Updates and corrections
Articles show their publication date, and a separate “Updated” date whenever the substance has changed. If you find something wrong — particularly anything that could lead a firm into a compliance problem — tell us and we will correct it and say that we did.

Independence
We publish about tools we compete with. We do not accept payment for coverage or for placement in any article, and we take no referral fee from any attorney or vendor mentioned.
